2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341 , 323 , 324, 307, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegation against this petitioner is of assault by means of Farsa on the head of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegation of assault against the petitioner is general and omnibus. Doctor has found simple nature. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.

6. Considering the nature of injury and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72888 of 2023(2) dt.07-11-2023 2/2 of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate - 3rd Supaul in connection with Balua Bazar P.S. case No. 64 of 2020, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
