2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Civil Lines P.S. Case No. 10/2024 instituted for the offences punishable under Section 413, 414, 467, 468, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, F.I.R. has been lodged against four named accused persons against whom there is an allegation of selling stolen motorcycle with fake documents. On being raid on the shop, several non judicial stamps were recovered. Thereafter, police has arrested accused Md. Javed Akhtar and one stolen motorcycle was

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that he has clean antecedent. He further submits that petitioner is not named in the FIR. Petitioner is the owner of the Neha connecting Cyber Cafe but the cafe was being run by the staff namely Kamakhya Singh who has been arrested by police and at present he is on bail.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. From perusal of the F.I.R., impugned order dated 27.07.2024 and case diary, it appears that the petitioner was owner of the Cyber Cafe and he was involved with the co-accused persons namely Md. Mehrar, kamakhya Singh @ Lala and Javed Akhtar was preparing false and forged documents and certificates of stolen motorcycles. In Para- 57 of the case- diary, it appears that case has been found true against the petitioner. So, considering all aspects of the matter and the submissions

7. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
