Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.874C of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the D.P.Act.

Petitioners are said to be father-in-law and mother-inlaw of the complainant. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners and nothing specific has been attributed against

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Araria in connection with Complaint Case no.874C of 2019 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
