2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 341, 323, 324, 448, 354, 379, 427, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner assaulted on the head of son of the informant by means of Dabiya causing grievous injury.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that informant and petitioner are relatives and informant had taken loan of Rs.85,000/- and promised to repay the loan or execute a sale deed in favour of the petitioner but informant neither refunded the loan amount nor executed sale deed due to which occurrence took place and the victim fell down and sustained injury. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and Charge sheet has already been filed. He is in custody since 9.7.2024.
5. Learned counsel for the State and the informant oppose the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in Terhagachh Police Station Case No. 65 of 2023.
