2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 302/34 of the IPC and section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per prosecution case, this petitioner and other accused persons indiscriminately fired as a result of which three persons sustained gun shot injuries, one of them died on the spot while rest two injured died during treatment. Charge has already been framed in the case on 13.8.2025. Petitioner is in custody since 11.1.2016.

4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the gravity of accusation as well as the materials collected during course of investigation, petition for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71143 of 2025(3) dt.03-12-2025 2/2 bail of this petitioner is dismissed. Since, petitioner is in custody, let the trial be expedited and concluded preferably within a year.
