The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bodh Gaya (Cherki) P.S. Case No. 348 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 304(B)/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the petitioner happens to be mother-in-law of the deceased and she has no concern with the alleged occurrence. Moreover, there is no specific allegation of assault or any overt act against the petitioner. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 09.08.2019.
