JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 27-11-2018 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Galgalia P.S. Case No. 41 of 2017, registered for offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased and allegation against him is of committing dowry death of the deceased.

Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was dismissed vide order dated 27.03.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1381 of 2018 passed by the then coordinate Bench of this Court. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the instant application has been renewed on the ground that no charge has been framed in this case and petitioner has been in judicial custody since 19.06.2017.

Having heard both sides, considering the fact that the prayer for bail of the petitioner has already been dismissed on merit, as such, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

This application is, accordingly, dismissed.

However, since the petitioner has been in judicial custody for more than a year, the Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible. (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) sunilkumar/- U T
