Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the stand taken by the State-respondents in their counter affidavit, this writ application may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to deposit measurement fees in the Nazarat of Anchal Office, Bisfi in accordance with Rule and the Circle Officer may be directed to measure the land in question within a period of six weeks from the date of deposit of the amount.
