2. The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Dehri (Muffasil) PS Case No. 191 of 2022 dated 27-10-2022 dated, institute for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners fairly submits that process under Sections 82 and 83 Cr. P. C. has been issued against the accused persons including the petitioners, but the said order has not been implemented.

4. In view of the fact that the process under Sections 82 and 83 Cr.P.C. has already been issued against the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75575 of 2024(2) dt.18-10-2024 2/2 petitioners, the present anticipatory bail application is not maintainable.

5. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail petition is disposed of as not maintainable.
