2. The present petition has been preferred for modification of the order dated 01.09.2025 passed by the Hon'ble Court in Cr. Misc. No. 23590 of 2025 to the extent that the further eight weeks time may be extended for surrendering before the learned Court concerned and further may modified the payment by demand draft of Rs.5,00,000/- (Five Lakhs) will be paid within period of six months as well as condition no. (iii) as the petitioner shall appear in a month in place of fortnight and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72542 of 2025(2) dt.07-11-2025 2/3 the draft issued by the any State Bank of India Branch in place of local State Bank of India Branch.
3. On 01.09.2025, relief was granted to the petitioner subject to payment of Rs.5,00,000/- (Five Lakhs) by demand draft in favour of the opposite party no.2, Saurabh Kumar.
4. A modification petition has been filed for extension of time by eight weeks showing some difficulty. The further prayer is that instead of local State Bank of India Branch, it should be made any State Bank of India Branch.
5. In view of the fair stand taken by the petitioner, the modification petition is allowed subject to payment of Rs.500/- to Patna High Court Legal Services Committee; (i) the period of making payment/surrender before the Court below is extended by eight weeks from today;
(ii) the Demand Draft be prepared from the local State Bank of India Branch/any State Bank of India Branch to be handed over to the informant after checking his credentials; (iii) the petitioner is required to present himself before the Police Station every month for next six months instead of fortnight.

6. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted to the petitioner and if he fails to abide by the order in next eight weeks, he is duty bound to surrender and seek bail.
7. Accordingly, Cr. Misc. No. 72542 of 2025 stands disposed of.
