The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 304(B), 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that although the petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased, there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 22.04.2018. He has clean antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-III, Supaul in Pipra P.S.
