The petitioners seek bail in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No. 201 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition of Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have not committed any offence. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners and the petitioners have no concern with the alleged recovery.
