2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 395, 397, 401 of the Indian Penal Code. Thereafter, Sections 412, 414 of the IPC was added.
3. The case of the prosecution is that the informant was returning home after performing in a marriage party. As he reached near village-Ajagari at about 11:00 PM, certain miscreants stopped him. It is further alleged that the miscreants

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has falsely been implicated in this case. This case was filed against unknown miscreants. During investigation, the name of this petitioner has surfaced on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused, Rohit Sharma. It is also submitted that nothing has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Though, the petitioner is having criminal antecedent of 14 cases, still the role of this petitioner in this case is not clear. It is further submitted that the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 11.06.2024.
5. Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of regular bail and submitted that the petitioner is having criminal antecedent of 14 cases where he is on bail in all those cases.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No. 183 of 2023 on furnishing bail bond of
