2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Baniyapur P.S. Case No. 60 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, three unknown criminals looted a motorcycle, Rs.59,020/- and a Tab. Subsequently, the name of the petitioner has come in the crime. The petitioner is accused in four more cases of similar or serious nature and is in custody since 07.07.2023.

4. Considering the criminal antecedent of the petitioner and the fact that he is a habitual criminal involved in committing dacoity and loot, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
