2. The present writ petition has been filed for the following relief(s):- "I. To direct the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for his transfer as per Rule 3 read with Rule 5(Kha) of Bihar Nationalized Elementary Teacher Transfer (Disciplinary action and promotion) Rule, 2018 (hereinafter referred in short Rule, 2018) as per the option of transfer granted to the teachers.

II. Also to direct the respondents to transfer the petitioner as per his option given by him in

Patna High Court CWJC No.16519 of 2025(2) dt.14-10-2025 2/2 pursuance to Rule-3 read with Rule 5(Kha) of the Rule, 2018.

III. Also for any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioner is found to be entitled in the eye of law."

Considering the nature of the dispute and the submissions advanced by the learned Advocate for the respective parties as also the fact that the petitioner has filed a representation (Annexure-2) for redressal of his grievance, without delving into the merit of the case, the present writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to respondent no.6, the District Programme Officer (Estb.), Gaya to consider the case of the petitioner for transfer in terms of Rule 5(ख) of Bihar Nationalized Elementary Teacher Transfer (Disciplinary action and promotion) Rule, 2018 at the earliest, preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this Order.

4. The writ petition stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction.
