JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 06-11-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Kishanpur P.S. Case No. 168 of 2012 instituted for the offence under Sections 394 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the written report. There is no recovery from his possession. He has been arrested by the police merely on suspicion. Counsel for the petitioner further submits that other co-accused namely, Surendra Yadav and Raushan Yadav have already been granted bail by coordinate Benches of this Court vide orders dated 16.01.2015 and 9.2.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. 34702 of 2014 and 5249 of 2015 respectively.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.66275 of 2018 (2) dt.06-11-2018 2/2 the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-4th, Supaul, in connection with Kishanpur P.S.
