2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) for issuance of a direction, order or writ, including writ in the authorities under the State Government in its land department nature of mandamus commanding the concerned respondents and Private respondents to adopt the interim order dated

Patna High Court CWJC No.17542 of 2025(2) dt.17-11-2025 2/3 23.08.2025 passed by the Ld. DCLR.

Sikarhana in Case No. 19/2023-24 whereby and whereunder, Status quo has been granted in connection with Khata No.753, Kheshra No. 4328 Rakva 1 Katha, MaujaNarulepur, Anchal- Chiraiya, DistrictMotihari, further order not to built house on petitioner's land;

(ii) for issuance of a direction, order or writ, including writ in the nature of certiorari commanding the quasi- Judicial authority Ld. DCLR, Sikrhna to take appropriate steps and passed final order in Case No. 19/20232024 filed by the petitioner in connection with Khata No. 753 Kheshra No. 4328, Rakva 1 Dismil, Mauja Narulepur, Anchal Chiraiya, District- East Champaran;

(iii) any for any other relief(s) for which the petitioner may be found entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case..

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case no. 19 of 2023-24 has already been filed but the same has

4. It is expected that the said case will be taken to its logical conclusion at an earliest.
