JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 12-07-2022 The limited prayer of the petitioner is to direct the respondents to make payment of the outstanding amount of professional fee of her deceased husband pertaining to the cases in which he was engaged by the State Government.

Considering the limited grievance of the petitioner, I deem it fit and proper to relegate the petitioner to filing of an appropriate representation before the Chief Secretary, Government of Bihar, Patna, who shall consider the prayer of the petitioner sympathetically and pass appropriate orders.
