2. Mr. Manoj Kumar, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the Accountant General are present.

3. The petitioner, who superannuated on 01.02.2019 from the post of ASI of District Police Force, East Champaran, Motihari, has filed the writ petition seeking a direction upon the respondents to ensure payment of his post retiral benefits and other admissible dues.

4. By referring to the averments made in the counter

Patna High Court CWJC No.19953 of 2019(11) dt.08-12-2023 2/2 affidavit, it is submitted that all the admissible amount of pension, gratuity, GPF, earned leave encashment, Group Insurance as well as early salary increment, total to the tune of Rs.28,39,611/- have been paid to the petitioner. He further submits that subsequently after obtaining the calculation chart relating to deduction statement for the period January, 1990 to August, 2000 an amount of Rs. 99,839 along with up-to-date interest has also been paid in favour of the petitioner and in this way, the entire retiral/other dues have been paid to the petitioner.

5. Considering the submissions advanced and the averments made in the counter affidavit/supplementary counter affidavit, the present writ petition stands disposed of.

6. Needless to observe that if the petitioner has any grievance with regard to non-payment or incorrect calculation under any head, he shall be at liberty to file an appropriate application before the concerned authorities. (Harish Kumar, J) Anjani/- U
