JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-11-2018 The present petition has been filed by the petitioner for modifying the order dated 10.10.2018 to the extent the same does not mention the name of the concerned trial court as also the case number of main case.

Let it be mentioned that the concerned trial court is the learned Court of Special Judge, North Bihar Power Distribution Company, Muzaffarpur and the concerned case number is Saraiya (Jaitpur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 407 of 2016. It be further noted that the earlier case filed by the petitioner wherein bail was granted to the petitioner is Criminal Misc. No. 2051 of 2018. In view of the aforesaid modification in the order dated 10.10.2018, the time granted to the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs. 4,00,000/- (Rupees four lakhs), is extended by a period of four

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62889 of 2018 (3) dt.22-11-2018 2/2 weeks from today and, accordingly, the time granted to the petitioner to surrender before the trial court is also extended by a period of four weeks from today.

The order dated 10.10.2018 stands modified to the aforesaid extent.
