2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the accused persons looted more than 7 Kgs of gold from a jwellery shop.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a person who dealt in the sale and purchase of the stolen gold.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and has submitted that there is sufficient materials on record to connect the petitioner with the crime.

6. Considering the huge quantity of loot and materials available on record against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. This application is dismissed.

8. The Court below is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner.
