2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sheikhpura Cyber P.S. Case No. 20 of 2025 registered for the offence under Section(s) 75, 77 and 79 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 66E, 67, 67(A) of the IT Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have taken indecent photograph of the victim and made the same viral on social media platforms.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 15.07.2025. It is further submitted that all disputes between the parties have been amicably resolved.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Sheikhpura Cyber P.S. Case No. 20 of 2025.
