The petitioner seeks bail in Hilsa P.S. Case No. 371/2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 27 of Arms Act.
Allegation against this petitioner is that he opened fire on the informant, but the same did not hit him. Petitioner is in custody since 07.07.2018.
Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.64511 of 2018 (2) dt.29-10-2018 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. 1st, Hilsa, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Hilsa P.S. Case No. 371/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
