Petitioner seeks bail in Special Case No.8397 of 2018 arising out of Beur P.S. Case No.282 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) Section 30-A of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that 40 litres Mahua liquor has been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Petitioner is in custody since 12.09.2018 having clean antecedents.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner,

No.66223 of 2018 (2) dt.06-11-2018 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise, Patna in connection with Special Case No.8397 of 2018 arising out of Beur P.S.
