2. Pursuant to order dated 04.09.2019, the Incharge Registrar of the University is present and has filed third supplementary show cause.
3. From the pleadings and materials on record, it is not in dispute that the order dated 15.03.2013 passed in CWJC No. 10640 of 2008, has been complied with.
4. Accordingly, the application stands disposed off.
5. However, if there is any discrepancy with regard to payment made under any head, it shall be open to the petitioner to file a representation before the Registrar of the University. If the same is done, the Registrar shall look into the matter and get it verified from the records and pass a reasoned order. Depending on the order passed, if anything further is found payable, the same shall also be paid to the petitioner without any delay.
6. Personal appearance of the officer stands dispensed with.
