Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Kochadhaman P.S. Case No. 190 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to local politics merely on basis of suspicion. Nothing specific is alleged against this petitioner. The specific allegation is against co-accused Azad. Petitioner has no criminal history.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63184 of 2019(2) dt.18-10-2019 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in connection with Kochadhaman P.S. Case No. 190 of 2019 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
