Petitioner is accused in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 241 of 2017 registered under Sections 302/201 of the I.P.C. and 27 of the Arms Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that earlier, prayer of the petitioner for bail was rejected on 17.07.2018 by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 27600 of 2018 with observation that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. Now, the charge has already been framed.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
