The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Laukahi P.S. Case No. 103 of 2019 (G.R. No. 1010 of 2019), registered for offence punishable under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a) and 37(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that alleged recoveries were not from the conscious possession of the petitioner but from the living room of the Pujari of temple. The petitioner is in custody since 30.08.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63063 of 2019(2) dt.24-10-2019 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above-named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.J.-IIcum-Special Judge (Excise) Madhubani in connection with Laukahi P.S.
