2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Airyari P.S. Case No. 326 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is alleged to have fired upon the victim.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. Learned counsel further submits that there is a title suit pending between the parties and no offence as described in the FIR has taken place. Petitioner has three criminal antecedents and he is in custody since 26.07.2025. The petitioner undertakes to co-

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the period of custody of the petitioner and that the injuries sustained by the victim are simple in nature, therefore, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial MagistrateII, Sheikhpura /concerned Court below in connection with Ariyari P.S. Case No. 326 of 2023.
