1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ/order or directions for commanding and directing the respondent authorities to remove

Patna High Court CWJC No.16041 of 2023(2) dt.07-05-2024 2/3 the encroachment from the Government land (Chat) Khata No.988 which was being used by the respondent No.10 to 13 after cutting the green trees/plant which was planted under Manrega Scheme (Jal-Jeevan-Hariyali) towards west of Nahar Chat under Scheme No.D.P/20318822 total 600 tree was planted on the ground that the respondent No.9 to 12 have destroyed/cut the green tree which was planted under Government Scheme and after cutting the tree illegally the Respondent No.10 to 13 are using the said land.

(ii) For issuance of an appropriate writ/orders or direction to the respondent authorities to decide the serious issue being raised by the villager/petitioner after proper verification and report submitted by the Police if any in a proceeding u/s 107 Cr. P.C.

(iii) For issuance of an appropriate writ/orders or direction to the respondent authorities to publish the responsible person under the law but without taking any proper legal action the S.D.M. Sasaram, Rohtas be decided the matter in a routine manner.

(iv) For issuance of an appropriate writ/orders or direction to the Forest department to plant the trees again upon the Khata No.988 within Hathini Gram Panchayat, District- Rohtas."

2. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.16041 of 2023(2) dt.07-05-2024 3/3 petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Nokha, Rohtas for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
