JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-04-2022 The present petition has been filed seeking restoration of a writ petition bearing CWJC No. 13328 of 2019, which has stood dismissed for default on account of non-compliance of the peremptory order dated 3.7.2019.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that on account of unavoidable reason, the defects could not be removed within time, however, he undertakes to remove the defects within a period of four weeks from today.

Patna High Court MJC No.4022 of 2019(2) dt.20-04-2022 2/2 Accordingly, the restoration petition is allowed and the said writ petition bearing CWJC No. 13328 of 2019 is restored to its original file, however, subject to removal of defects within a period of four weeks from today for which the petitioner is permitted to approach the registry of this Court physically.
