The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Belaganj P.S. Case No. 41 of 2018 dated 17.02.2018 instituted for the offences under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Fifteen (15) liters of country made liquor was recovered in police action. The name of the petitioner was taken by the local persons who have made a vague statement that petitioner also, in the past, had committed such kind of an offence.
Regard being had to the general nature of accusation and that also by villagers whose identity has

No.66445 of 2018(2) dt.14-12-2018 2/2 not been disclosed in the FIR, the petitioners above named are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise, Gaya in connection with Belaganj P.S. Case No. 41 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
