The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Manjhouliya P.S. Case No.328 of 2018 registered under Sections 30(a) and 36 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Considering the allegation of recovery of huge quantity of illicit country made liquor from the field and on seeing the police party the petitioners managed to run away from the place of occurrence, I am not inclined to grant them pre-arrest bail.

The application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected. In case, the petitioners surrender and seek bail the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.67285 of 2018(2) dt.18-12-2018 2/2 same shall be considered on its own merits without being prejudiced in any manner by this order.
