At the very beginning, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered by the order passed in CWJC No.11255 of 2016 & Analogous case dated 22.08.2019.

Considering this fact, the petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation enclosing the relevant orders and documents in her support, before the respondent no.5 within a period of four weeks and the respondent no.5 is well advised to pass a reasoned and speaking order, after affording adequate

Petitioner is also entitled for the same reliefs, which have been granted to the petitioners of CWJC No.11255 of 2016. 5.

With the aforesaid observation, this writ application stands disposed of.
