JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 11-10-2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to add the permanent address of the petitioner in the cause title of the application as stated in the charge-sheet.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that even though the petitioner has been ordered to be released on bail by this Court as back as on 11.01.2018, but only because the address of the petitioner mentioned in the petition filed before this Court on the basis of which the order dated 11.01.2018 has been passed mentioned the present address of the petitioner, learned Magistrate has not accepted the bail bond.

In the opinion of this Court, the bail bond of the petitioner was required to be accepted by the learned Magistrate by showing some sensitiveness with an intention to release the petitioner who had already been granted bail by this Court. The

No.63845 of 2018 (2) dt.11-10-2018 name of the petitioner and his father's name were duly tallying with the description mentioned in the charge-sheet, as regards the village address mentioned in the charge-sheet one affidavit from the petitioner could have met the requirement, if any. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that because the earlier bail bond of the petitioner was not accepted and returned, now the petitioner shall furnish fresh bail bond in terms of the order of this Court dated 11.01.2018. Let it be done.
