The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Tr. No. 70/21 arising out of Sonbarsa Police Station case no. 286/2021 registered for the offence under Sections 8/20 (b)(ii) (B) of the N.D.P.S. Act.

It is submitted that 3.2kg of Ganja has been recovered from the petitioner and the petitioner is in custody since 20.10.2021.

Earlier, the prayer of bail of the petitioner was rejected with an observation that he should complete one year in custody. As the petitioner has completed one year in custody, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail
