Petitioner is accused in connection with Spl. Case No. 398 of 2019 arising out of Jogbani P.S. Case No. 74 of 2019 registered under Sections 30(a)/38(i) of the Excise Act and read with sections 27-B(2), 28, 36 of the Drugs and Cosmetic Act. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner is not named in the first information report. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 02.09.2019.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67569 of 2019(2) dt.15-11-2019 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Araria in connection with Spl. Case No. 398 of 2019 arising out of Jogbani P.S. Case No. 74 of 2019.
