The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Trial No. 204 of 2015, arising out of Complaint Case No. C 25 (C) of 2010 lodged for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 323 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. At the very outset it has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is ready to keep his wife with all dignity.
Having heard both sides and in view of the submission made, let petitioner surrender before the court below and file an
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10211 of 2017 (2) dt.18-03-2017 2/2 application that he is ready to keep his wife with all dignity and on such petition being filed the petitioner shall be enlarged on provisional bail to his own satisfaction and after appearance of the parties the court below will conduct mediation between the parties and if the court is satisfied with the conduct of the petitioner or if opposite party No.2 is not co-operating in the mediation the court below will confirm the bail bonds of the petitioner. With the above observations, this application is disposed of.
