Misc. no. 4847 of 2017 by which petitioners no. 1 to 4, 6 & 7 have been granted anticipatory bail and prayer of petitioner no. 5 has been rejected.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that in the main petition address of petitioners no. 1 to 5 has wrongly been typed as ' resident of village-Sobeya, P.S.-Kotwa, DistrictEast Champaran' in place of ' resident of village-Barwakanth Chhapra, P.S.-Pipra, District-East Champaran at Motihari'. Considering the submissions made above, let correction be made in the main petition and in the order dated

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16380 of 2017 (2) dt.12-04-2017 2/2 14.2.2017, the address of petitioners no. 1 to 5 be read as submitted above. It is further directed that petitioners no. 1 to 5 shall surrender in the court below within a period of two weeks from today. Petitioners no. 1 to 5 will act according to the earlier order passed by this Hon'ble Court.

With the aforesaid modification, this application is allowed.
