Petitioner seeks bail in Rudrapur P.S. Case No.36 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 363, 366-A Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that statement of victim has been recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., which is enclosed as Annexure-2. The victim has stated her age as 19 years and the Court has also assessed her age as 19 years. She has stated that she has voluntarily gone with this petitioner and has also performed marriage with him.

Petitioner is in custody since 11.08.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.66187 of 2018 (2) dt.06-11-2018 2/2 the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, II, Jhanjharpur, in connection with Rudrapur P.S.
