Petitioner seeks bail in Udwant Nagar P.S. Case No.331 of 2018 (Excise Case No.1417 of 2018) instituted for the offence under Section(s) Section 30-A of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

It is alleged that 20 litres country made liquor has been recovered from the motorcycle of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 06.09.2018 having clean antecedents.
