2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 411 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 307, 302, 504, 506, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, one Ankit Kumar was killed and two persons including the informant were injured in the indiscriminate firing made by the criminals in dispute over love affair. The name of the petitioner has come during investigation as one of the shooters.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 24.07.2023.

5. Considering the serious allegations levelled

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72843 of 2023(2) dt.09-11-2023 2/2 against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.
