The petitioner seeks bail in Majhaulia P.S. Case No. 218/2018, instituted for the offences under Section 37(C) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The instant case has been filed by the wife against her husband (Petitioner) levelling allegation that on 06.06.2018, her husband after drinking wine has abused and assaulted her. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has clean antecedent. He is in custody since 08.06.2018. Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
