The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No. 99 of 2013 registered under Sections 364, 302, 201, 120B, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is made accused in this case only on suspicion. Except suspicion, there is nothing against the petitioner to show his involvement in the present case. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7813 of 2017 (3) dt.20-03-2017 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Sherghati, District-Gaya in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No. 99 of 2013, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Shailendra/- U T
