JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 01-11-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 746 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section 30 (a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no recovery of illicit liquor from possession of the petitioner. Counsel for the petitioner further submits that few copies in which number of lottery has been mentioned, was recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Petitioner is said to be in custody since 29.09.2018. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.65155 of 2018 (2) dt.01-11-2018 2/2 bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge Excise, Bettiah, West Champaran, in connection with Bettiah Town P.S.
