2. Earlier the order dated 18.08.2023 was challenged by the petitioner. Now, the petitioner has filed an Interlocutory Application and challenged the order dated 4.10.2023 by which the Magistrate has directed the Vaishali Police to verify and submit final report i.e. charge-sheet/final form in accordance with law.

3. There is no direction by the Magistrate that the police will exonerate the respondent.

4. The direction is to conclude the investigation and file the charge-sheet/final form.

5. In these circumstances, this Court does not find any ground to interfere in the matter.

6. The alibi of the petitioner can be examined by the investigating agency and this Court has not passed any order with regard to the alibi of the petitioner.
