The petitioner's bid was declined as per Annexure-P/4 on the ground that the uploaded documents were not legible. Petitioner's contention in the writ petition is that such rejection is not legal.

2. If the document uploaded by the petitioner was illegible, we cannot comprehend as to how the petitioner's

3. We are not inclined to direct any consideration of a representation since the petitioner has himself failed to upload the documents properly for a consideration of the tender. The writ petition stands dismissed in limine.
