Petitioner seeks bail in Athmalgola P.S. Case No.176 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 307 and other allied sections of Indian Penal Code.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no specific overt act alleged against the petitioner. In the written report, it is alleged that Munil Kumar assaulted the informant on her head with butt of the rifle. It is further alleged that sister of the informant, Pooja Kumari, was assaulted by Nikhil Kumar from butt of the pistol. It is also alleged that Ashok Rai pushed down mother of the informant by catching hold her hair. There is land dispute between the parties.
Petitioner is in custody since 06.08.2018.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh, Patna, in connection with Athmalgola P.S.
