Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 150 of 2018 arising out of Baikunthpur P.S. Case No. 285 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against petitioner is of killing of daughter of the informant due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased. The husband of the deceased is in custody. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.66332 of 2018(2) dt.20-11-2018 2/2 and he is in custody since 18.11.2017.

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Gopalganj in connection with Sessions Trial No. 150 of 2018 arising out of Baikunthpur P.S. Case No. 285 of 2017.
