This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for restoration of Criminal Miscellaneous No. 51812 of 2017, which has been dismissed due to non-compliance of order dated 03.11.2017 by which the petitioner was directed to file requisite to send notice to the O.P. No.2 under ordinary process as well as under Registered cover with A/D within time. The Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that order dated 03.11.2017 has been complied by the petitioner on 13.11.2017 after expiry of time granted by the Court.

For the reasons mentioned in this application, the same is allowed and Criminal Miscellaneous No. 51812 of 2017 is restored to its original file and number subject to verifying the compliance of order dated 03.11.2017. Accordingly, this application is disposed of.
